Jade & Joe 18/03/23 Wedding - preview and behind the scenes

This one I have been looking forward to for a very long time

2018. The world was a different place. Gas & electric bills were affordable, artificial intelligence was a pipedream in science fiction movies and Corona was something you stuck a wedge of lime in. It was also the year that I first met Jade & Joe and they booked me to photography their wedding day!

The original plan was a lovely April wedding in 2020 - the C word put pay to this although Jade & Joe did go ahead and tie the knot with a couple of witnesses just before the world locked down, with the formalities out of the way the plan was to have the wedding do once we were all out of this mess and gatherings could happen again.

Then Noah came along! The couples attentions were now firmly on starting a family and the date was put back to 2023 - making it the longest time between a couple booking me and me shooting the wedding. In the time in between the couple had moved house and started a family and I had shot over 100 weddings! It was worth the wait

It was a day of love, laughter, heartfelt vows, wonderful speeches and fantastic dancing

It was a beautiful day, one that I was honoured to have been part of
